Open dialogue about a project facilitates informing inhabitants, channels public debate, improves the project and endows it with legitimacy in the eyes of stakeholders and concerned parties.
Successful coordination of projects is therefore essential to secure the project's successful outcome. To assist stakeholders with a professional approach to public debate, Jean-Luc Wittersheim - who is also a CNFPT professor - offers training on the following topics:
- participatory democracy issues for stakeholders,
- legal provisions regarding cooperation and vigilance points,
- study of the context and identification of the process,
- construction of public dialogue strategies, their implementation and their organization,
- driving relevant communications actions: tools, issues and press relation management.
